Industrial neutralisation, efficiently and effectively

Our industrial refurbishments are typified by a focus on maximising asset value, a thorough understanding of each project’s target market, and accurate time management which ensures that deadlines are met, every time.

It might not be glamorous, but neutralising an industrial unit is equally as important as more aesthetically-focused refurbishment work and we treat it as such. We’ve won contracts from world-leading property consultants such as Knight Frank, GVA Grimley, Savills and Colliers CRE - proof positive of our excellent reputation at the very top of the industry, and our commitment to enabling maximum return on each building.

The neutralisation process encompasses the removal of previous tenants’ fixtures and fittings; refurbishment to agreed specifications; external work such as re-cladding; and the replacement of roller shutter doors. We appreciate the tight timescales involved, particularly in dilapidation projects, as well as the detailed specifications often demanded, so we project manage each job and fast-track where necessary to ensure our clients’ satisfaction time and again. A seamless handover is accompanied by a full complement of documentation and maintenance manuals to assist with the building’s future maintenance.
