Amspec can completely neutralise every square foot of an industrial building, inside and out, ahead of its return to market. Inside, this involves the removal of previous tenants' fixtures and fittings as well as refurbishment to agreed specifications. Outside, we carry out all necessary refurbishments and refits such as re-cladding, overpainting external elevations, and the replacement of roller shutter doors.
