For this reason we work flexibly, taking every project’s individual circumstances into account right from the word go. We’re keenly aware of the issues surrounding working in occupied premises, and will work out of hours and at weekends if necessary to minimise the disruption to the existing occupiers.
Our flexible working practices also come to the fore when it comes to the design side of things. On some previous projects we have been given free rein, allowing our technical nous and market knowledge to lead the project; in others, we have been given a detailed specification, which we have followed to the letter.
