Atria Bolton

Situated close to Bolton town centre, the newly renovated Atria provides a high quality, contemporary office space with fully-glazed atrium and large multi-functional communal area.

Following the initial design by Space Invaders, Amspec were appointed by Bruntwood to undertake the fabrication and detailed design, which included:

• All bespoke manufacturing completed by Amspec’s in-house team
• Planters/perimeter planter
• Desking
• Seating booths
• Bespoke feature canopy
• MDF sprayed fretwork

The characterful building features high ceilings and a central atrium which floods the building with natural light. Originally the atrium was empty and not being used to its full potential, however following the fit-out, the space now features a fully-glazed atrium and reception area, as well as a large multi-functional communal area.

Our in-house Amspec design team played an integral part in the project, liaising closely with the client to understand their design requirements and bringing to life their creative concepts.
