BCN, Manchester

Manchester Green is a newly refurbished Business Park comprising of five buildings, spread across 7.5 acres of land. After BCN decided to move their Manchester HQ there this year, we were selected on behalf of OBI Property to undertake the office interior fit out.

Working closely to OBI’s concept, we developed technical drawings and manufactured all the specified bespoke joinery products using our inhouse workshop.  

We fabricated and installed two bespoke kitchens, including a kitchen island designed by our inhouse team. The kitchen island consisted of a Silestone worktop, low level cupboards, space for ample seating and feature pendant lighting. The island had a navy finish to mirror BCN’s corporate branding. Existing suspended ceilings in the boardroom were sprayed navy to match.

After being turned away by multiple signage and lighting suppliers, OBI Property asked us to design and manufacture the BCN company sign in our joinery shop. The sign consisted of a valchromat board with a lacquered matte finish. The BCN logo and numbering were laser cut by our team. We then fitted Perspex over the top and back lit it to really bring it to life.

The project also included; feature banded glazed partitioning, M&E alterations, new floor finishes and some feature wall storage units, designed and fabricated by Amspec. Overall, the client was very impressed, the project was completed on time and within budget.  Thank you to OBI Property for their brilliant concept and we look forward to working alongside you on future projects.
