Regan and Hallworth are a Wigan based estate agents with several branches across the town. As a local business, Amspec were delighted to be enlisted with the complete design and fit out of their new town centre branch on Library Street.

The brief was to create new high spec office premises in line with the agency’s overarching branding, but with contemporary touches. The interior stage saw our team source, create and install every design aspect, including full furniture specification. Responsible for the delivery of the complete office refurbishment and fit out, Amspec works included;

• Bespoke Fenix sales desk, fabricated in our onsite joinery workshop
• Bespoke wall panelling 
• Retention of original features including stain glass windows
• Furniture specification 
• Lighting 
• Space division
• External Signage 

Working on all aspects of the project from design through to completion, Amspec ensured all design objectives were achieved. Feedback from the client has been extremely positive;
