Viking, a global market leader in maritime and offshore safety expanded its UK operations with a new purpose-built facility at Huyton Business Park, Liverpool.

Amspec were appointed by Redsun Developments to carry out the 20,000 sq. ft scheme across two units.

Amspec works included;

• New Mezzanine Floor - forming office/meeting space
• Windows - creating new viewing windows to GF office space overlooking workshop
• Floor Finishes - including epoxy floor paint to new slab with slip resistance
• Washrooms - fabricated and installed in house IPS/Cubicle systems
• Lighting scheme
• CCTV
• Signage
